Pole manufactured two immense reverse pulse dust collectors to extract and filter dust from multiple high capacity automated woodworking machines. Pole is a specialist designer and manufacturer of dust collectors, scrubbers, spray booths and fume arms. Dry paper filter media is fitted into the filter wall. The media are suitable to filter many paint and adhesive products. Spraybooths are supplied total with axial extraction fans with Ex'e' rated motors. Operating Principle The operator positions the object to be sprayed within the confines of the booth. The cleaned air is discharged out through the plenum behind the filter wall and out through a discharge duct. Filter Monitoring The booth is supplied whole with a manometer to measure the resistance through the filter media. A set point is marked on the device indicating when the filter media needs to be replaced. Applications Spray painting (all paint types) Adhesive spraying Vanishing. Description The Pole range of particulate scrubbers is designed for the filtering ofhygroscopic dusts, explosive dusts and dusts from environments where moisture is present. Normal dry type filters often require steady maintenance in these environments. A wet scrubber system however can run continuously without blocking. They can then simply be cleaned by hosing out through the access doors. Operating Principal The polluted air beginning enters the scrubber through a 90o bend and is intercepted by an array of water droplets. The air is accelerated as it enters the scrubber by a venture plate to increase the number of collisions with the water droplets. The water that passes through here produces Adam of water which acts as another stage of filtration.
