Hills AV provides technical support, service and repairs and a large team of product specialists who know the brand’s product range intimately having sold it for decades. Audio Telex Communications began with two little offices in Sydney and Melbourne and impartial a handful of dedicated staff. A few years later an opportunity was recognized for an installation amplifier range and a local Sydney company called Techcraft was purchased. Audio Telex had expanded its operations to include six branch offices and warehouses across Australia and Fresh Zealand as healthy as a design and manufacturing facility in its head office in Sydney, Australia. Audio Telex had indeed grown and now employed more than 30 people. Towards the last of the 1990’s Audio Telex had been successfully exporting their installation products to the Asia Pacific market for a number of years and decided to exaggerate its exporting operations even further. To make this a reality they required a much larger manufacturing facility to manage the demand of the European market and a local Sydney company called Australian Monitor was purchased. This relationship with the factory was one of the reasons Audio Telex purchased Australian Monitor as it saw this as the key to increasing manufacturing output, whilst maintaining its reputation of supplying quality products at an affordable price. The tag lines Crafty Features, Contractor Friendly’ was created and was synonymous with the Australian Monitor brands for the after ten years truly representing the wise and functional features of the brand. With the inclusion of additional distribution facilities to maintain the demand in the Middle East and the USA, Australian Monitor had become a correct global victory story. This will be achieved by our commitment to: Ensure quality components and materials are old in the manufacture of our products. Establish and maintain manufacturing partners that are suitably adept and experienced, with enough Quality Control processes in place. Maintaining a suitably skilled, knowledgeable and professional work force. Maintaining a apropos company structure that is capable of supporting the business requirements. With a new direction comes new branding and Integration Intelligence is all about the blending of the Audio Visual and Digital realms.
